How to request a refund?

1. You can return for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories in the original packaging.

2.  Please contact us before returning because we want to make sure that you will receive the return label and refund as soon as possible!

3. Free return shipping for items damaged, crushed, missing parts, etc.

What to do with damaged or defective items

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days so that we can resend a complete or provide a full refund. 

Note: Unless otherwise stated, all damaged or defective items must be returned. We will be happy to assist you in returning any damaged or defective items.

How to cancel an order
