What is the after the sale information?

How do I assemble my product? 

 As for large goods, we can assemble them on site. If you have any need, please contact us. 

 Small pieces can be assembled by themselves; Basic tools are required to assemble most products. Generally, you'll need a screwdriver and possibly a hammer.   

Do you have instructions for assembling the item?

What is your warranty/guarantee policy?

We proudly offer a 365 days guarantee that all products are accurately described and will give you the service you expect. If there are any problems with the quality of the materials or workmanship, we will adjust, repair or replace to your satisfaction. 

 What if something is wrong with the product (damaged/missing part)?

What is the return policy?

If your return is due to our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item or resend a brand new item to you.

 If the return is not our fault, we will refund the full cost of the item minus the original shipping cost, insurance and return shipping costs. 

 If you return an opened item or show signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund. Product value declines over time; therefore, we reject returns after 30 days. You will receive a refund at the exchange rate valid at the time of purchase, including any duties, duties, and taxes on the order. We will refund the payment within 5-7 business days after the package arrives at our factory. 

 Once we have sent your refund, we will send you an email with details of the refund. Depending on your bank or credit card Company, it can take up to 5 business days to process. If you have any questions or concerns about the refund issue, please contact your financial institution.

Return conditions

Ensure that the outer packaging of the goods is complete and the related accessories are complete, including the outer packaging and the original packaging of the manufacturer.No scratches on the surface of the product, no wear, no use, no disassembly, etc.

If there is a gift, the gift must be returned. 

A warranty card, instructions, etc. are included with the product and returned with the product.

Standard Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. 

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery. 

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. 

In new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. 

Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. (See Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions) 

We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. 

We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.

Refund Policy

What is Refund Process?

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges. 

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. 

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
